Telephone

This is particualrly useful for market research across a large geographical area and is well suited to shorter questionnaires. It is equally suited to pre-defined or randomly selected respondents. 

 

E-Mail

This is a useful and cost-effective technique for pre-defined and specific groups of respondents, eg staff surveys.

 

Postal 

This involves self-completion questionnaires sent to pre-defined or randomly selected addresses,  depending on the market research project. 

 

Focus Groups

Focus groups of between 5 and 10 participants are particularly effective for investigating opinions or reactions in more depth.

 

Reader Usability Tests

These are used to check the public's understanding of your product instructions.  Our experienced interviewers combined with our continually growing database of testers and test sites mean that we can conduct voice recorded tests quickly and efficiently.
